Ning's Signature bird carving is the loon/swan but all of her bird sculptures are sought after by art collectors around the globe.
CHRISTMAS GOOSE is poised majestically and gracefully on her legs like a ballroom dancer.
Her incredibly long elegant neck is arched and her reverent head points down almost as if in prayer.
Ning Ashoona is the only active female carver from Cape Dorset.
